In 2014, Prowess Mowing began with two crews servicing a small handful of body corporate sites in Mount Maunganui. We noticed something fast — most local landscaping firms were built around domestic clients, with commercial work treated as a side line. Sites turned up late. Reports never arrived. Invoicing was inconsistent.

We made a deliberate choice — to be commercial only. No private lawns. No one-off jobs. Every system we built, from scheduling to insurance documentation to reporting, was designed for property managers, facility operators, and body corporate committees.

Twelve years later, Prowess Mowing operates across the entire Bay of Plenty, managing more than 120 commercial sites under contract. We've grown into twelve dedicated service streams — but the operating principle hasn't moved. Specialised crews. Documented service. Reliable reporting.
